Postpartum Doula Services

Compassionate in-home support for new mothers and families during the fourth trimester. Services may include:

• Emotional support and reassurance
• Newborn care guidance (feeding, swaddling, soothing techniques)
• Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding assistance
• Light household help (dishwashing, laundry, tidying nursery)
• Meal preparation or snack setup for mom
• Sibling care and adjustment support
• Sleep routine guidance for baby and parents
• Education on infant cues and postpartum recovery
• Resource referrals (lactation consultants, support groups, specialists)

Available for daytime or overnight shifts, depending on your family’s needs.
